Day 4. We've left the "this is a computer" stage and gone headlong into the "everything you need to know about insurance but never gave a shit about" stage. Lots of info to keep track of. Fortunately, this happens to be "Customer Appreciation Week" at the job -- which means we get various tasty foods every day of the week. Today we get to make our own sundaes. I've had so much chocolate in the past half hour, I'm about ready to explode. So I decided to take some of my sugar rush energy out on the ol' blog.

Well, time to get back to training. I think we're going to learn about medicare now. WooT!
